SkillCheck and Wonderlic Partner to Deliver
Performance-Based Wonderlic Skills Assessments
From Any PC with an Internet Connection

BURLINGTON, Mass., January 6, 2005 --SkillCheck, Inc., the leading innovator in automated skills assessment solutions, announced today a new partnership with Wonderlic, Inc., the premiere provider of employment recruitment, assessment and retention solutions.

According to the terms of the agreement, Wonderlic will be using SkillCheck's high-quality, performance-based testing system to deploy a new suite of skills assessments directly from Wonderlic's testing website. The new product line, called WISE, will feature a collection of online tests that will enable Wonderlic customers to assess important job skills such as typing and data entry or software skills in products like Microsoft Word and Excel from any PC with an Internet connection. Test scores will be automatically delivered via the Internet to test administrators at the end of each test.

Wonderlic will also use SkillCheck's customized test development system to provide customers with a broad range of assessment solutions targeted to their specific needs. This capability will support Wonderlic's expanding range of HireResults services, a program that provides consulting to hiring managers, allowing them to understand how to effectively integrate assessment into the hiring process.
