New SkillCheck Software Brings Biggest Benefit of Online Skills Testing - a Centralized Scores Database - to Desktop and Network Environments

New IntegrityTM Feature in SkillCheck Version 5 Permits Score Synchronization For Companies with Multiple Locations and a Variety of Deployment Scenarios

SHRM CONFERENCE AND EXPO, NEW ORLEANS, June 27, 2004 --SkillCheck, Inc., the leading innovator in skills assessment solutions, unveils the latest version of its Professional Skills Assessment software here today. With Version 5, SkillCheck introduces Integrity ScoreSynchTM, a new optional score synchonization feature that enables companies with a variety of automated testing deployment scenarios, including PC, network and Internet implementations, to perform skills testing from their multiple locations, then upload all their scores to a centralized online database where each location will have access to the same powerful score lookup and reporting features as SkillCheck online testing customers.

With the introduction of Integrity ScoreSynch, SkillCheck brings the biggest benefit of online skills testing to those customers who still want or need to have software-based solutions. SkillCheck software customers can now be assured that however many types of testing implementations they have across their organization, and whatever happens to those systems, from computer crashes to database corruption, their scores will be safe in an online database.

Integrity ScoreSynch links organization's desktop and network systems to the same online database used by SkillCheck's Internet testing solution. This allows any test given on any SkillCheck deployment platform (desktop, network or Internet) to store scores in a single, secure, online database. For organizations with diverse test deployment requirements, including online testing, offline testing or a mix of the two, Integrity ScoreSynch provides infinite flexibility to deploy high-quality testing in any environment. SkillCheck President Jon Haber commented: "While many of our competitors have abandoned the software business completely, we want to continue to make our skills assessment solution relevant for the desktop environment, even as many customers turn to us for their online solution. By providing online testing benefits to traditional software customers and companies with a variety of deployment configurations across multiple locations, we believe we can introduce them to some of the additional benefits of online testing, while providing an easy migration path for those companies who would eventually like to move to a enterprise-wide online skills testing implementation."

Integrity ScoreSynch is part of SkillCheck's new Integrity line of integration products and services that allow organizations to implement testing in a way that meets their organizational requirements. Other Integrity services include the ability to add SkillCheck online assessments to third-party Web sites and to integrate SkillCheck online testing with other staffing, HR, training and educational solutions, such as applicant tracking and integration with educational databases.

The entire SkillCheck testing suite is available for PC, network and Internet deployment, with online deployment available on Windows, Macintosh and Linux browsers.
