First Advantage Releases New Identity Behavioral Testing Solution

Enables EEOC-Compliant Customization and Time Savings

BURLINGTON, Mass., Jan. 23, 2007 - The Employer Services segment of First Advantage Corporation (NASDAQ: FADV), today announced the release of a major update to its Identity behavioral assessment products. The latest release of Identity provides a uniquely modular line of behavioral and cognitive assessments that enables both customization and time saving. The Identity testing product is made up of dozens of independently validated and EEOC-compliant assessment scales covering all of the major attitudes, aptitudes, knowledge and skills required for hundreds of key jobs.

"Since becoming part of First Advantage, we discovered a major hole in the market for behavioral assessments," says Jon Haber, senior vice president of Assessment Solutions for First Advantage. "While hundreds of high-quality products have been available for many years, most are one-size-fits-all, and do not take into account the need organizations have to test just the behavioral traits and cognitive abilities needed for the job within a tight timeframe and within the requirements of the application process."

"In the past, companies that were interested in securing a customized employment test had to hire expensive consultants to create and validate an assessment from scratch," says Rick Mansfield, executive vice president in First Advantage's Employer Services segment. "With this latest release of Identity, First Advantage can quickly and cost-effectively build an assessment that can exactly meet any employer's evaluation and time requirements, without sacrificing validity or reliability."

The Identity product is available online to run on any Internet browser, without plug-ins or other technical requirements. Identity and other First Advantage assessment products are available for use on standalone PCs and networks. The product line has also been integrated with First Advantage’s applicant tracking systems (ATS) to more effectively address the complete hiring lifecycle.
